Can I buy the cars shown on this website?
The cars here are examples, not stock, so they can't be booked or paid for online. Pick one you like and WhatsApp us. We find a matching car through our agents, distributors and sellers overseas, and agree everything with you directly.
How long does it take?
Most cars arrive within 8 to 12 weeks of buying them. That covers shipping to Malaysia, customs, the AP permit, Puspakom and JPJ registration. We keep you updated on WhatsApp the whole way.
Which cars can come into Malaysia?
Used cars generally need to be under five years old to qualify for an Approved Permit (AP), and cars over 35 years old can come in as classics. Send us the model first and we'll confirm it qualifies before you pay anything.
What's included in the price?
The car, collection, sea freight, marine insurance, import duty, excise, SST, the AP permit, Puspakom and JPJ registration, plus our service fee. Each one is listed separately in your quote. Road insurance is arranged at handover.
Do I pay everything up front?
No. Nothing is paid on this website. Once you choose a car, we agree a payment schedule with you in writing before anything is bought.
How do I know the car is in good condition?
We check the service records and mileage history, then inspect the car in person before full payment. In Malaysia, every car passes its Puspakom inspection before it's registered.
Can I get a bank loan?
Yes. We help you apply with the banks we work with and collect the documents from you, so you don't need to visit a branch.
Do I collect the car, or is it delivered?
Either. Collect it from our showroom, or we deliver it to your door, registered and ready to drive.
